A local Wollongong institution when it comes to Weddings and Events venues, Villa D’oro has been servicing the area for over 20 years, but when Covid-19 struck, like all venues of its kind, it took quite a hit. 

However, it also provided an opportunity to take stock of where they were at as a business and put some energy in to reinventing themselves, which paid off. Not only did they add a popular ‘Take Away’ service which we dubbed, ‘Villa D’oro At Home’, but just as importantly, they took the opportunity to reinvent their website with us. 

The site received a much needed new layout with a new colour palette, more contemporary typefaces and fresh imagery which all helped to provide the facelift it needed. It was also an opportune time to take stock of the ‘packages’ on offer for Weddings, Corporates, various Celebrations and Catering, while building in the new addition of the Villa D’oro At Home menu offerings.

When an enquiry is made at Villa D’oro, the next step in the process is to send the enquirer a brochure which recaps the range of packages specific to their needs and provides the greater detail needed to be fully informed of the optional extras they can organise for them. Obviously, this document needed to reflect the new website to reinforce brand continuity and keep the communications ‘look and feel’ consistent, so we developed an updatable brochure for them so they could tailor certain elements of their offering, as and when required. 

Now that the world is slowly getting back to a ‘pre-covid’ normal again, Villa D’oro is well equipped to handle all the new enquiries they’re receiving and we wish them every success!
