Sydney based Naturopath, Caroline Kim, approached Flying Pigs to initially help get her Search Engine Optimisation in order for her website, as well setting up all the necessary Google Analytics, Search Console and My Business plugins in order to help boost her Google rankings in order to help prospective clients find her.
Beyond that initial exercise, Caroline decided she wanted to launch a ‘Spring Cleanse & Detox Program’ which she needed some help with to spread the word on a relatively limited budget. Based on that, we recommended that we start with a Social Media Campaign using both Facebook and Instagram to help drive traffic to her website, and ultimately encourage people to sign up to the Program. Given the budget limitations, we also recommended that she pursue a Cost Per Click (CPC) style campaign which only incurs a minimal cost when someone is genuinely interested enough to ‘click’ on the ad to find out more.
We then designed and wrote copy for two differing ‘Carousel’ ads that could be served up, one being a somewhat more generic ‘Caroline Kim Naturopathy’ ad to help with brand awareness and another campaign-specific ad about the features and benefits of the program itself. For continuity, the campaign also required a specific Landing Page that needed to be added to her website for those that clicked through for more information or to sign up.
The program itself was comprehensive, and apart from offering a broader guide to Wellness and Nutrition, it also provided the applicants with a downloadable 7 Day Guide to the program as well as a 32 page Recipe book that detailed the meals she was encouraging people to eat. While both documents needed to be designed and in keeping with her existing brand identity, we were able to add a fresh layer of graphic language through the use of stylised illustrations that reflected elements of Naturopathy as well as a series of key food ingredients used throughout her recipes.
Campaign aside, we managed to elevate the overall position of her brand and set some new benchmarks for all future communications, which needless to say, provided significant ‘client delight’.
