Polka Shoppe is a reseller of fun, colourful and uniquely designed novelty socks, with their sole point of distribution being in indoor markets in the Illawarra region. With the launch of a new website, our mission was to give Polka Shoppe a unified and fresh brand identity and digital strategy that would attract new customers and grow their presence locally and online.

A brand and website audit quickly revealed a fragmented brand identity and the lack of an established digital strategy. So to begin, we crafted a new logo that was not only bright and upbeat, but instantly communicated to consumers exactly what Polka Shoppe was all about – a shop for lovers of socks. The colour palette appealed to a gender-neutral audience and the hand-illustrated sock icon was carefully crafted to convey a balance between playfulness and sophistication.

The new brand was implemented across every consumer touchpoint, both digital and print. A digital strategy was also developed that encompassed social media management, digital advertising and the design and development of a new website. By growing Polka Shoppe’s online presence with creative social media content, targeted advertising and a refreshed website, we were able to increase brand awareness and sales nationally.
