Albion Park Exclusive Florist was a boutique floristry that had been local to the Illawarra for over five years. After a change of ownership in 2017, Enchanted Florist Albion Park was born and Flying Pigs Creative were engaged to re-evaluate and articulate the company’s brand position and identity.

Beginning with a brand audit, we analysed key competitors, the target audience and the existing brand. This allowed us to identify insights crucial for developing a brand refresh. With floristry being a particularly competitive market, we needed to determine the core point of difference and brand essence of Enchanted Florist in order to create a meaningful brand that would set them apart from local competitors.

Grounded in the idea of sharing the beauty and power of nature, as well as encapsulating the physical store space designed to transport customers into an enchanting floral oasis, we created an imaginative and playful brand identity that reflected the brand’s position as a bespoke boutique floristry. Every touch-point in their communications mix was transformed. A refined brand toolkit was developed, consisting of a hand-illustrated logo, carefully crafted typeface and quaint watercolour brand elements.

As a result, Enchanted Florist was able to expand their business offering and move into the wedding industry, increasing their client base and overall success.
